CHICAGO – State gas prices have gone down 10 cents compared to last month according to the triple A. Local gas prices for LaSalle and Bureau County are up 3 cents compared to last month, with LaSalle County at 2.71 and Bureau County at 2.72 per gallon. This week the national gas prices for the east coast are expected to spike in leu of Hurricane Florence. Perry County in Southern Illinois has the cheapest gas prices in the state at 2.61 and Cook County being the most expensive at 3.08 a gallon.
