DEKALB – The man authorities say caused a manhunt Thursday in southern DeKalb County has been taken into custody Wednesday in the city of DeKalb. According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, 43-year-old Richard A. Hall of Leland was located at a residence in the 400 block of Leonard Avenue around 2:30 p.m. With the assistance of the DeKalb County K-9 team he was arrested without incident. Hall was taken to the DeKalb County Jail facing multiple charges, including Aggravated Fleeing and Alluding and Aggravated Battery. His bond has yet to be set.
