OTTAWA – The Illinois Valley Federation of Labor and the Illinois Valley Building Trades will host their biennial summit, in Ottawa. Guest speakers include Senator Dick Durbin, State Representative Lance Yednock and Illinois Supreme Court Justice Tom Kilbride at Knights of Columbus on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Illinois Valley Building Trades President Steven Conrad says even those not represented can come out to hear more about health insurance, pensions and legislative updates.
