Fire at ConAgra Foods contained, no injuries reported

STREATOR – Manufacturing facility employees in Streator are safe after an industrial fire on Friday morning. According to the Streator Police Department, the fire originated in the roaster room of the manufacturing facility, ConAgra foods just after 2 a.m. Multiple fire departments were called to extinguish the blaze that lasted around half an hour. Damage to the facility was contained to the roaster area. No injuries were reported.
