STREATOR – The Streator Police Department say a man has been reported going to door to door asking for money, and residents should be on alert. On Wednesday they reported a resident complained about a white male in his late 40’s who was telling residents he would do odd jobs to support his family or to get his girlfriend out of jail. It was alleged that after receiving money, he was not doing the tasks that were requested. He’s described as being around 5’10” tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
