OTTAWA – Last week the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office announced that after a brief investigation, nine inmates at the LaSalle County Jail have tested positive for COVID-19. The jail was already taking precautions for coronavirus, but now they have implemented new policies to help contain the spread. The lockdown will continue at the facility until further notice.
