MENDOTA – At the Mendota city council meeting Tuesday night the hours for Halloween Trick Or Treating were set. Friday, October 29th the downtown businesses will once again be 3 to 5 PM. Community hours will be Halloween night, Sunday the 31st from 5 to 7 PM.
