UTICA – The Illinois Waterway Visitor Center located at Starved Rock Lock and Dam will reopen Friday.
It will be open each weekend, Friday through Monday, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and may be opened for pre-arranged groups seven days a week with a reservation.
