SPRING VALLEY – The three hunters who were rescued were cold but ok after their boat capsized Saturday on the Illinois River near Spring Valley. According to Fire Chief Todd Bogatitus no injuries were reported. Standard Fire and Peru River Rescue assisted on the incident.
