UTICA – Police say a body was discovered in the Illinois River at Starved Rock State Park on Saturday. According to Conservation Police Sergeant Phillip Wire, kayakers reported what they discovered to be a body near Hidden Canyon on the Illinois River early Saturday afternoon. Wire says further information cannot be disclosed at this time.
