STREATOR – Local veterans will be honored in Streator on Monday. The annual Veteran’s Day commemoration will be at 10:45 a.m. at the Plumb Pavilion. Ron Sauers, master of ceremonies for 32 years says three to four hundred people attend annually. The guest of honor will be Debra Murry, a former drill sergeant and a veteran’s administration worker for over 30 years.
