DePue Police ask residents to check for vehicle burglaries

DEPUE – A suspect is in custody after an investigation by DePue Police into vehicle burglaries.  On Monday they asked residents to check their vehicles to see if items were missing and to contact the police department if you notice something in disarray.  The suspect, who has yet to be identified, is facing several counts of burglary.  Authorities say the break-ins occurred late Sunday to early Monday morning.
